The Tiny World I Know
It's been a while since I've posted. Since I did, I've been to Oregon and back, gone back go school and the American's were the victims of terrorist attacks. I rember how I woke up late on September 11 and headed towards the engineering buildings for a tutorial. I stopped by to grab a sandwich and a drink and noticed that the Engineering pub was totally packed. Everyone was glued to the TV. At first I thought that they were showing a movie, as they often do. Something was obviously different this time though. The viewers were solemn. The entire pub was almost totally silent. At the time I thought, "it's probably not that big of a deal" and I just kept on walking to class.

I was absolutely horrified when I found out the truth.

There isn't really anything I can say that hasn't already been said so I think I'll leave it at that.

Still, it makes you think. Are we really so different?
